As my mum used to say: ‘Nerven brauchen Fett’. Therfore, this guacamole was just the perfect excuse for exam procrastination.

If you are not a big fan of the plain taste of avocados try them with lemon and you will get addicted. Lemon and avocado are just the perfect couple - a splash of acidity to balance rich taste of the avocado.

I don’t like tomato or raw onions. Therefore this is my version of the perfect easy and mild guacamole
ALL YOU NEED:
- 1 -2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- fresh lemon juice
- chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoons coriander finely chopped
- freshly grated black pepper
- olive oil
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT
- Roughly mash the avocado with a fork (Don't overdo it! The guacamole needs to be chunky)
- Add olive oil and chopped coriander
- Sprinkle with sea salt. black pepper and chilli powder
- And finally, squeeze the lemon juice
Everything done in less than 5 minutes. (I think it took me longer to write this edit than making this little simple piece of awesomeness)
