THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT:
I practically make my Proats it in 3 steps. First prepare the base by soaking flax, chia in cold water and oats with a pinch of salt in hot water- this will take approx. 15 mins. That's usually the time I go and take my shower in the morning. You can also prepare that over night. It will save you a lot of time in the morning. Plus, the longer you soak it the better. Second, you stir the base you add the quark or full fat greek yoghurt. Last, you sprinkle your favourite topping and spoon over the flaxseed oil. Done!
STEP 1: SOAK linseed, chia seeds in cold and oats (overnight)
STEP 2: STIR in the quark until smooth and creamy
STEP 3: SPRINKLE your topping like pomegranate, cinnamon and flaxseed oil
