Sesame seed is one of the world's healthiest food. Rich in magnesium, vitamin B and zinc its good for your hair, skin and blood.
Asparagus. Along with avos, baby spinach, kale and brussel sprouts is it one of my favourite greens. Besides their yummy taste they are a rich source of the so called gluathione which is a detoxifying compound which helps to break down harmful free radicals in your body. Moreover it is known to act as a natural diuretic helping to get rid of 'waste'. You will see yourself when visiting the toilet haha :)

ALL YOU NEED:
- 4 bacon rashes
- 4 asparagus
- sesame seed
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT:
- Wrap the bacon around the asparagus
- Roll in sesame seed
- Bake at 180°C approx. 15-20 mins until the bacon is nice and crispy
Tastes amazing on salad or as a side for main dish.
